Her freeloading ex-con dad is finally moving out. She still yearns for her hot landlord, Cooper Cartwright, but her relationship with "rebound beau," vigorous vegan math professor Tad Tocco, is more than satisfactory. Best of all, nobody has died lately in "Death Dorm," the aptly nicknamed student residence that Heather assistant-directs. Of course every silver lining ultimately has some black cloud attached. And when the latest murdered corpse to clutter up her jurisdiction turns out to be her exceedingly unlovable boss, Heather finds herself on the shortlist of prime suspects—along with the rabble-rousing boyfriend of her high-strung student assistant and an indecently handsome young campus minister who's been accused of taking liberties with certain girls' choir members.

With fame beckoning her back into show business (as the star of a new kids' show!) it's a really bad time to get wrapped up in another homicide. Plus Tad's been working himself up to ask her a Big Question, which Heather's not sure she has an answer for . . .

Rating: out of 5 stars - Heather Wells, once again.
When I first saw a Heather Wells book on the shelf, I thought that the last thing I wanted to read was a story told by a skinny girl (Little compliment, for you Meg) about a larger woman. But the first two books of the Heather Wells series amazed me. They were stunning in their nonchalance of serious situations, entertaining in the aura and persona that is Heather Wells, and captivating in the ongoing question of "are they or aren't they?' in the case of Heather and her ex-fiancee's brother-slash ... meg cabot is an amazing author, but this book was so bad i could not even finish it. it is boring, and stupid.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Another entertaining Wells novel!
I very much enjoyed the third Heather Wells novel. While I agree with other readers that the mysterious plot might not have been quite as breathtakingly page turning as in the other two novels, it was still a great read. And, unlike, other readers... I loved the ending! Buy the books. Read them. In my humble opinion, they are very much worth it.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Meg Cabot's WOnderful End To A Great Series
This is a great ending to the Heather Wells series. I have been a fan of the series forever and was hooked on the books when I read the first chapter of the first book. Some people may say that Meg Cabot is the typical chick-lit writer and she is, but in a good way. Chick-lit isnt a bad thing, not at all. And even though the mystery is not that complicated, I for one am ALWAYS astounded at how the whole thing turns out every time. But that's more of my own ditziness than any extraordinarily great ...
