Rating: - Good information; terrible exercises
This book offers a comprehensive review of English grammar, from the basics to more obscure topics. However, many of the exercises included in the book are nearly worthless as study aids because they do not test the material taught.

Rating: - A Great Workbook / Textbook
I had been looking around for quite while for a book like this one. I wanted a book that discussed and outlined the different parts of speech and then offered exercises to check and see if the reader fully understood each lesson. Well this book is exactly what I was looking for.

The format is easy to read and use, with the material and the questions spaced so that information is not overwhelming for a student. The answers for the workpages are in the back of the book, instead of at the end of the chapter, as in other supplemental grammar books. It is easy to remove the answer section ... Read More
