This book is very bad. I am very critical about book appearance, and this book looks like a bad quality photocopy of the original one. Pictures are unbelievably horrible. Attention, people from Amazon: please check to see if you are not selling pirate books, because this one, I repeat, in my modest opinion, is a photocopy!
Rating:  - Book does what the title states
This book is a good introduction for the topic (Air Medicine). It is well organized and the author provides review questions (with answers) for each chapter. Looks like it could be a text for a classroom setting. However, if you have any experience in the field, it is probably not helpful for you. Only about 30 of the 384 pages deal with patient care. As an RN, I would like to have seen case studies of actual transport situations with problems and resolutions (critical thinking senarios).
