This was a real quick read and I enjoyed the storyline. I rushed and ordered the sequel just to see what happens next in these 3 ladies lives. I am sure I will not be disappointed with Wicked Ways. Ms. Hill much love from Sugar & Spice Bookclub!!!!!!!!!!!

An intriguing plot of murder for hire, only the payoff doesn't resemble money, but a new lease of past wrongs for three women who forge an unlikely bond to an unlikely future. Tess the self-made professional woman, Nikki, the Latino around-the-way girl, and Nikki society's hill protégé is a vivid, lively, and likeable threesome. This book ended too abrupt. First the women are in the doctor's office, then the elevator and then the jobs are done. What? This book needed a little more excitement and detail. In the beginning all three were together on a train once the funeral ended. At the end of the book it tells were Tess sent for Nikki and Kim. Ok I'm confused, which one actually happened. Donna Hill has done it again. She continues to show she's a talented writer who can write on many levels and in many genres. This story was phenominal. "Getting Hers" will keep you on the edge of your seat as if you were in the movie theatre awaiting the action in the next scene. I literally found myself from time to time holding tight to my seat anxiously awaiting what was going to happen next with these three ladies. Fast paced with plenty of excitement, get yours today!
