This book saves me soooooo much time. Instead of wracking my brain for goals, rationales, etc...for care plans I can easily find them in this book. It literally saves me an hour or two of work for each care plan I must do for nursing school. This book is definitely worth your money if you are in a BSN program and need to write care plans. I have the book for about 3 months now I like it. I use it for all my Nursing care plans. It's a good book to have for persons in the first year of the nursing program. It gives diagnosis, related to, As evidenced by and the goal/outcome.
