I'm a resident in Neurotology at a prestigious institute in Mexico City. When I first saw the two huge volumes of this book, I thought it was going to be dull and full of unaccesible information for a beginner such as myself. I was gladly surprised with the refreshing style and easy-to-follow introductory chapters of Anatomy, physiology and Pathology (including molecular genetics applied to the specialty).
