Julie Biuso is a New Zealand cook, specialising in Italian and mediterranean food. Her book Take A Vine Ripened Tomato won best Mediterraean cookbook in Europe last year. This book on vegetables was published several years ago but is still fresh. There are both traditional recipes such as potatoes Anna and more modern ones using spices and other flavourings.
