Rating: - Second book in series is another hit!
This book tells the story of Walker and Ellisa. Both characters are strong and determined. Although Ellisa has been taking care of herself and her daughter for quite some time (and doing a great job), Walker shines as her charming Prince. Of course, readers still get to read about what is going on with Cal & Penny (from Delicious), Reid, Dani and of course, Gloria. You also get to meet people from Ellisa's life as well. Definitely a fun, fast read!

Ms. Mallery does good work.
I liked this story a lot. Just as much as the first one of the series in fact, and that's rare for me.
Good story, great family, likeable characters, quirky humor, light romance. What's not to like?

Don't get me wrong, I like this book, but there seemed to be a lack of ooomph! between these two characters. The story is good and interesting but when I read the 1-2 quick love scenes I didn't get the tingles like I should. I didn't really feel like the hero was that passionate about the heroine. I like to get the feeling that they are desperately in love, but I just didn't get that from this couple. So that is my complaint, but like I said the story is good and it's a quick read. Rating: - Indulgent fluff
This book, the second in the series, focuses on one of the Buchanan brothers, Walker. Like the first book, this is just a fun read. It's not too deep, not too sappy and has enough going on in the background to keep things interesting. I don't particularly like the cover of the book, but then, we all know the saying about judging books by their cover. A fast read for the airplane, beach or rainy day.
