Wow I was so relieved to read this book after suffering my entire life with Interstitial Cystitis! Answers to questions I have always had were answered and easily explained in terms anyone could understand. Reading this book was like a trip down memory lane for me. The book was very informative, but seemed like most of the book was about Interstitial Cystitis which is good if this is your problem, but not enough time spent on normal Cystitis.

This book will help anyone concerned with bladder pain that antibiotics does not help. In my case I was treated for UTI's many times, but the pain persisted until I changed my diet due to the tips in this book. I did see an urologist to be sure I did not have a more serious problem, so I advise doing so. I am fine when I adhere to the tips found in this book. DA
