Otto can do many things, from playing to being kind to frogs - but he cannot swim; and for an otter, this is a big problem requiring a little help - from a sister. This easy, whimsical picturebook story will appeal to any child tackling swimming skills, and is also a positive story of how a 'can do' and troubleshooting attitude can help, as well as thoughtful siblings and friends.
