quite disappointed. Yes, I am quite knowledgeable when it comes to health and well-being - that's why I got this book. But it turned out to be a collection of bits of common knowledge and with only very few exceptions, I did not learn anything new. Shallow and does not provide enough information on any of the topics covered.
