This is an excellent book. It has a concise, outline format with 2 illustrations/radiographs in every chapter. It is available in pocketbook and palm pilot versions. The palm pilot version has been very helpful for reviewing topics in conference and at the viewbox. The radiographs display surprisingly well on the palm pilot.
