Rating:  - Easily reading, but not enough
The author is humorous and it is easy to read. I talked to a physician who is an expert of TEE, and he said this book is not good. It didn't spend much time for you to read it one time completely. But it lack TEE picture, lack a lot of things about TEE can tell us, such as tissue doppler, deep transgastric view, ... etc. It is still a good choice if you want to know a little about TEE in the very short time.

I love this book! Very easy to read and quite amusing at times.
Just completed the "big" echo conference in San Diego and this book made it a worthwhile experience. I definitely would recommend this book for anyone wanting to get up to speed with TEE in a very short time.

Excellent book, a study guide that clearly and with humor explains TEE basics. Also points you in the right direction for meetings, comprehensive texts, CD-ROMs etc.
If you are new to echo or are thinking about starting a TEE program buy this book.
