Editorial Review:
The Third Edition of this classic text emphasizes the relationship between basic science and clinical research and integrates scientific principles with the realities of drug interactions. New to this edition are more tables, figures, and algorithms, particularly for treatment protocols. All topics are consistent with DSM-IV and ICD-10 recommendations. The book includes discussion of modern treatment plans, fundamental changes in the patterns of care, and new guidelines for clinical drug regimens in children. A Brandon-Hill recommended title.
