Editorial Review:
Written by specialists in health care for women and infants, this comprehensive text emphasizes the practical application of electronic fetal monitoring (EFM). Case scenarios link various clinical situations with current fetal monitoring techniques and data interpretation. Relevant, up-to-date research helps readers develop problem solving skills; identify optimal treatment responses; and become familiar with the disease and nondisease conditions in pregnant patients that affect fetal health. A must have purchase for anyone responsible for EFM interpretation.

Rating: - Won't disappoint
This book is easy to read and provides plenty of examples. I used it as one of my reference books to study for the NCC "added certification in fetal monitoring" exam just a few months ago. Also, in my role as a Staff Developer / Unit Educator for a high volume hospital (6000+ deliveries a year), I recently used the book as a reference when I updated our new Labor & Delivery RN course.
