The newly revised Eleventh Edition of this best-selling handbook is an easy-to-carry, accessible guide to the latest NANDA-approved nursing diagnoses. Section 1 contains all nursing diagnoses, including definitions, characteristics, related factors, outcomes, and interventions. Section 2 contains Diagnostic Clusters with a collaborative focus. Features include Author's Notes, key concepts, interventions with rationales, focus assessment criteria, and outcome criteria. This edition includes listings of associated NIC (Nursing Interventions Classifications) and NOC (Nursing Outcomes Classifications) for every NANDA diagnosis. this is a good book once you understand the way it is layed out and how to find exactly what you are looking for
Rating: - Used this book.

Rating: - Good manual
For a pocket book of nursing diagnosis this book has several advantanges over other similar books (NANDA included) the defining characteristics are classified as Major (must be present) and Minor. NIC and NOC recommendations for every diagnosis are made. It also includes cluster of nursing diagnosis for common medical situations.
Rating: - EXTREMELY HANDY!!!
This is an easy to use, space saving, great purchase!! I can look up the same things as my classmates that have the regular Carpenito. Everyone that has seen my pocket Carpenito has wanted to know where I got it!
