I purchased this book for one of the teens that is in my youth group. She read the book rather quickly and said it provided a lot of good thoughts that helped her in a lot of ways. So without reading it myself, I can recommend it on her behalf.

Do not be fooled by the title! This book is not trying to sell you on a list of rules for dating, and the author is most definately not pushing her own commitments on anyone else. This book is refreshingly different from other Christian dating books because it deals mainly with character building and becoming more like Jesus.
