My book does not come with CD and quick reference guide. Had I known, I should have ordered from the official publisher.

The book was in great shape like it said on the site, but NO CD-ROM or reference cards, which are essential to this course. There was never an indication that these items would not be included. I'm very disappointed :(

Three stars. Five stars for a great book on Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Negative Two stars for a Missing CD-ROM!!!! Especially when it is required for a course you are taking.

Great course and materials. Be sure you get the cards and CD, as were included with this book. They are essential. If you plan to renew your PALS on line you NEED this book!

I find myself wondering how any large book store can not have enough of these textbooks on hand. These are the mandatory books that most hospitals demand! If you are a health care provider (which endorses a huge population of medical care givers,) the necessity of this book as THE primary study guide to pass and obtain your certification so you are allowed to work in the department you are in is of paramount importance.
