I bought this book about 10 years ago when the hospital wouldn't take my blood donation for my grandfather. They said I was too low in iron. I had been EXTREMELY tired drinking mounds of coffee to stay alert at work. This book solved my problem. My wife also has severe exercised induced anaphylactic shock - 4 doctors and allergists couldn't help and she was told to never exercise again. Rating: - Correct the vague symptoms that your doctor hasn't helped
With the huge number of additives, preservatives, herbicides, pesticides and other cides present in our foods, it's no wonder we are getting fatter and sicker and not losing weight on yo yo diets. Dr. B's book helped me lose weight and quit asthma medicines and my doctor couldn't/did't help. If you have vague symptoms that don't get better, you might consider food intolerances & read this book.

As a medical student, I must read many books on disease states and the therapies for them. I recommend it to people who are getting no answers from their Doctors and need to be well again inorder to function. It is GREAT! Easy reading with lots of references. This guy put all the latest information together in writing it.
