I am a big fan of Jerry Smith's writing. His books provide the full story about a subject, not the highlights. If you're looking for the cliff notes on HAARP then you're looking in the wrong place. Complete truth, but most people haven't a clue about the technology and how it is being used against us (which is the plan of course). This is really at the core of the global conspiracy, which the author states, but as a book it is somewhat unorganized and isn't as compelling as it should be given the enormous implications.
