Other reviewers have already covered some of the grammatical errors and what they saw as plot holes in the book.
I hear people at work talk about down-lows and gay thugs quite a bit. I was looking up black hood stories and came across this title.
Pretty interesting read. Not too deep but had enough suspense to keep me reading. The betrayals of self and others kinda made me see the main character as a chump. Especially him claiming and trying to be so manly and tough.

I read several reviews on this book, before I decided to write my own. First off, I would like to say to the shallow minded individuals who focused on the errors and typos are missing the entire point here. Most people who like to read understand grammar and sentence structure. Therefore, I don't see it as a big ass issue. The real point here is the sexuality issues with these so called Homo Thugs. this book is good makes you sit back and actually look at some of these brothers. i have a friend thats gets out of prison in the next two months ill be sure to keep an eye on him. i couldnt put this book down it was so good. my only problem being his so called encounter with "gangster unit" and "half dollar" come on now!! is he forreal?? i hope not but then again that would explain a lot about g unot
