This is an amazing book that will change the way you view your own health and the entire health care system. I am shocked after reading it. I can't believe some of the things that actually happened and continue to occur in our country today.
There are many ideas in the book that will help you attain perfect health. I look forward to re-reading most of the book since there is a lot to take in for the first time.

Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About, is a good read with much information. But it is not what you expect, there are no so called "cures" here.

The book was just okay. I bought this book to find NATURAL CURES and he spent the first five chapters talking about government, repeating himself over and over again, and telling me things that I already knew and were common sense. However, in the sixth chapter he comes through a little bit and gives a long list of things you can do to improve your health. Lots of information to take in and learn (could be overwhelming). But, changes can be made in your life to improve your health if your willing to slowly make changes in your 'routine' of what you eat.. habits etc. The book is a EYE opener.
1) Don't trust FDA
2) Don't trust Food industry
3) Don't trust Government to take care of your 'health care needs'as they will care for their wallet 1st.

I would have given 5 stars for the substance of this book, but I had to take a star off for the "go to my website for more information" spiel. It was a minor irritant for me because I have done my own research over the years (thanks to the internet) and don't need Kevin to tell me which are the best water filters out there...
