I'm a level 2 Reiki healer and I've tried several different books on energy healing and by far this is the absolute best I've ever read. It is clear, easy to read, positive and the exercises are so easy to learn and easy to use anywhere, anytime. This book will complement any type of energy healing.

I recieved this book as a gift some time back. As I was in the middle of life and all of its glories, I was completely taken aback by this revelation. It opened a new door for me and set me on the path that I had been waiting for, for a long time. An enormous amount of drivel has been printed under the heading "New Age". This book isn't. It's the result of the careful observation by the author over more than a decade of a successful energy healer, the duplication of his methods and a clear, concise and easily learnable description of the technique. Is it difficult. No. Does it require you to be some kind of advanced spiritual master? Heck, no. Does it work? Yes. Can you believe me? Try it.

I'm beginning to work with this book and I'm impressed by it. I just finished to read another book (by Barbara Ann Brennan) which was very interesting but also very complicated. I began to think that the author must have special gifts which I don't have and she didn't really describe the techniques well or in a way that I felt comfortable with.
