Do not order this book through Amazon, I did, and ordered it one day shipping. I received a three ring binder with nothing inside ( an empty binder ) After calling customer service I was told to print out a return address, send the binder back and they would send me a new one. The new one came ( again a three ring binder ) with nothing inside- more than three hundred pages NOT INCLUDED. Customer service now says they will only refund my money, but first they need me to send back both binders. I am ... Read More
