This a great recipe book with simple recipes. We use a few recipe regularly now for our family meals.

I bought this for my sister who loves Rachael Ray and she just loves it. She's s a single Mom who works full time and this was the perfect cookbook for her.
Rating: - Simple but tasty
This cookbook teaches the basics of making your 30 minute meals. Once you get the basics down you can be extremely creative. Or use her basics to current recipes you like and it make them better. We all know their is nothing like freshly made meals.

The concept was good, and the show was catchy, but the hype was waaaay better than the product. Tried several recipes from this collection, and none were a hit with my family. Our verdict - YUCH-O!
