This tape left me feeling very positive, optimistic, and stress free. I love Glen Harold's hypnosis tapes. I have now purchased all his hypnosis tapes. They all accomplish what they say they do. Buy this tape if you have had a hard day and feel beaten up by the events of the day - this is the tape will leave you feeling joyous and uplifted.

I have bought several hypnosis CD's and this is the best by far! I am a licensed Hypnotherapist and at first I have to say I wasn't that crazy about it. I was skeptic at first and a bit scared to try self hypnosis. A friend of mine who is a psychotherapist recommended Glenn Harrold hypnotherapy CDs. I am so glad that I bought this CD. It is very well done, a perfect combination of sound effects, music and Glen Harrold's voice will guide to to a state of deep mental and physical relaxation. I absolutely recommend this CD. Thinking Positively helped rid me of my negative aspects and bring my positives to the forefront. I am a survivor of child abuse as well as child molestation. The abuse lasted over 10 years from an extremely young age. After coming out of the situation (which was all I knew) I found it hard to feel like anything would go right for me.
