- not enough on its own
This is a good straightforward viva book which I found very useful. However, on its own it will definitely not be enough as there is not enough explanation or detail.

- Very good, but not comprehensive
Every question answered in this book might easily come up in your viva, and every answer given is well structured, detailed and helpful. As such, it is certainly a useful and worthwhile revison aid.
However, dealing as it does with all three components of the MRCS viva, it can be nothing other than very selective and I think most candidates would supplement it with specific texts on physiology, anatomy and pathology.
Buy it, but buy others as well!

Very good book. Covers many of the commonly asked themes in the viva exam, but it does not cover a good percentage of the syllabus. some of the questions in the book are not covered in the other books I read, so I think is is important to have a look at this book before sitting the exam.
