This is book presents the reader with the essential knowledge required for the understanding and study of several acoustiscal phenomena.Starting with an introduction to basic mathematical tools - both analytical (complex variables, fourier analysis, asymptotic analysis) and numerical (FE/BE approaches , ray tracing).The second part of the book is dedicated sound generation by unsteady sources and deals, amongst other issues, with flow and propeller/helicopter generated ...
