I was given this video by one of my friends and didn't use it for a long time. Then I pulled it out one day to give it a try. It is one of the best workout videos I have. It doesn't require any major products and can be done in your basement. The video concentrates on using your own resistance and you can really FEEL the burn. The next day I could barely walk!!
