I love Denise Austin and I love country so i just had to try this one, its a workout/dance in one. I love the abe workout at the end, I did it for six weeks every morning and I felt great after I finished. The music is fun and the dances are great you'll love this workout.

I usually love her tapes, but this one is one of her earlier work outs, and not her best.

This is one workout tape I actually don't dread - none of the usual piped in techno music. If you like country music, this is the workout for you... it actually feels like line dancing, rather than exercise. Denise has a section at the end where she slowly reviews each of the "dances" in the video, but after doing the video once or twice it's easy to pick up. Word of caution - do not try her modified dances on the floor, they don't really resemble the line dances you'd find in the clubs. ... Read More

I liked this exercise video because it provides a good workout while having fun and learning new country line dances. Excellent workout.
