The three Bob Hope/Phyllis Diller comedies made in the mid 1960's, ie "Boy Did I Get A Wrong Number", "Eight On The Lam", and "The Private Navy Of Sgt. O'Farrell", despite being blasted by the "critics", have always been great favourites of mine since I was a child. The first time I saw this movie I was nine years old with my family at the M&T Drive-In.....having seen it again I can attest it is still in my Top 10 of all time favorite movies. Phyllis Diller and Bob Hope are the perfect comedy team. This was when movies were created to entertain...instead of today's "remake" of added digitally enhanced gore, crude language, and sex. If you`re a big fan of Bob Hope & do not own this video,I strongly urge you to purchase it.It is without a doubt,the best piece of comedy work i`ve ever seen! By far the best Hope movie he ever did.The antics of Hope & Diller will absolutely have you in the floor howling and rolling in the floor laughing!

Bob Hope & Phyllis Diller are hysterically funny in this comedy! You'll love laughing your way through the entire film! It's really great to watch this film if you've had a tough day and need to just take your mind off of things.
