I doubt there is a bad Jeff Wincott movie out there. For B-grade action flicks, all of his I have seen are above average and Fatal Combat is no exception.

Rating: - lots of action to satisfy the martial arts enthusiast.
jeff wincott's martial arts skill was displayed throughout the movie, his character's attitude towards non-violent confrontation soon diminished as the movie moved along and all in all this was worth watching all the way through.
