Rating: out of 5 stars - An hour's worth of laughter from a classic comedy duo
Abbott and Costello are comedy classics. Their fast-paced dialogue will keep you laughing even if you've heard the routines before. The quality is tinny and sounds scratchy if you're used to the smoothed out quality of digitized recordings, you may not like this CD; however, if you remember listening to the duo on scratched vinyl, this may be your lucky day, because the CD sounds like their originals. This is a lot of fun for the whole family.

It is OK for the age. The recording leaves a lot to be desired.

Well, first off, it took a long time to receive it. Then, when I got it - the cover was cracked. I bought this for my dad, so I waited until he opened it to see if it was damaged. Luckily it wasn't because if I returned, god knows how long it would have taken to get a new one.

This version is somewhat different than the other audio and video versions that I've heard, but as we all know, eventually we find that I Don't Know is on third base and we just "Don't Give A Darn"... Oh yeah, that's ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - The original routines and recordings.
Expect some static, and to miss the beginning of the routines if you are not ready immediately after pressing "play". Otherwise, it's all great, classic, stuff unjaded by years of re-performance.
