I love this CD. And, I love Amazon - such a great place to find all the good and obscure. I became familiar with Dave and Sugar when I started listening to country music in the early 80s after having moved to Virginia. I've never lost my interest in the country music of that day - 70s and such. And, after listening to this CD, it really brings back some very fond memories of that time for me - almost wishing to be able to go back and do things a little differently. Sugary country for the just about anyone. This is one of the best collections of some of country's most sing-along songs. The backing group may have changed but the sound was fresh through the entire career of Dave Rowland and Sugar.

Dave & Sugar is my all-time favorite country and western group. Whenever they produced new material, I was always first in line at the local record store to get it. My big mistake, though, was purchasing their music on audio tape. In time, all of those tapes wore out because I played them so much in my car player, leaving me with just memories of their outstanding contributions to country music.
