Rating:  - The Best Bon Jovi Album - by far!
Back in early '86, I had my first intimate experience with a girl in the back seat of my car with this album playing. 20 years later, the young lady has since become my wife - thus, this music holds a special place in my heart. It's a shame Jon and the boys pretend it does not exist and do not play any of these tracks live anymore.

First off, let me just say I'm a psychotic, for lack of a better word, Bon Jovi fan. I have been for many years now.I've wanted this album for such a long time and was so happy to finally get it. 7800 FAHRENHEIT deserved much better reviews than it got, because the album told the cold hard truth that being on the road all the time is not just a nonstop good time and, in fact, causes loneliness and depression. Jon Bon Jovi was apparently sad over being away from his high school sweetheart, but rather than cheat on her, he let his pain come out in his music.
