But this is the greatest shooter of all time. This game alone right now this very minute makes me want to by a sega genesis. When I got this game some 14 years ago, I was blown away from the start. This game (which is also known as Thunder Force IV) is one of the better side scrolling shooters out there. It's a pretty tough game (there are several difficulty settings). The large collection of levels have great variety, with superb multilayered background details (parallax scrolling is used to great effect in this one). This game is awesome it is the best sega game! It is my 4th favorate game out of every game i played including PS2! If you have a sega get this game!

Cons:It takes 45min for a pro to beat the game!(but its worth it!)
