Rating:  - A bit mundane...
I like the simplicity and pace of the exercises as I can't take hectic aerobics, but she uses the same 3 or 4 steps/movements over and over again. It needs a lot more variety. I've only used the video for a week, and I'm bored stupid with it already. It's almost like she hasn't got any imagination.

I keep checking to see if RC's Flat Stomach Plan is on DVD yet. No. Never. Never will be now I reckon. HAD to write this review JUST in case the powers that be needed a prod.
It's fabulous. I have stack sof exercise videos and DVDs and this is my all time favourite. The aerobic section is about 30 minutes long and then there are three stomach exercise sections to choose from depending on your fitness. Rating: - A gentle routine but not for the advanced
I have most of RC's videos and this one is not one that I usually do on it's own if I want a really good workout. I mix with other toning vids.
The aerobics section is fairly short, so is excellent to do first thing in the morning or when you're pushed for time. Although short, you do break out into a sweat.
The stomach toning section is not as effective as it could be, even the highest level. To gain any benefit, you either have to improvise with more reps yourself or do a separate vid ... Read More

I was very disappointed by the content of this tape which I was expecting as more intense on the abs! The niveau is quite low. Fine for starters but absolutely not if you are used to exercise.

This is the third Rosemary Conley video I have bought and I found it to be just as good as all the others.It features a warm up, fat burning exercise and three stages of stomach toning exercises ranging from beginners to advanced.Which are the best stomach exercises I have ever done.I have noticed a definite improvement in my stomach all though not flat(I had a baby 8 months ago!) its nearly there.Other plus points include a count down clock so you know how long you have left to do, and Rosemary and ...
