Hidden & Dangerous 2 is a first- and third-person tactical shooter that builds upon the original Hidden & Dangerous. You lead a small squad of Allied soldiers deep behind enemy lines to carry out secret missions during World War II. The story line takes you to Europe, Africa, Burma, and other locations scattered across the globe. Each critical decision impacts you, your men, and your country. This blend of action, strategy, and tactics forces you to use your brain just as much as your trigger finger.
The game features a fully interactive environment and the ability to control up to a four-member team and commandeer a variety of vehicles, as you fight your way through more than 20 missions in nine campaigns from the lush jungles of Southeast Asia to the harsh deserts in Africa. You can even supply your squad with a number of weapons, including pistols, sniper rifles, grenades, and bazookas.

Funny, I have been playing all of the MOHs, BIAs CODs Battlefields etc for about 4 years now and diddnt know this little GEM even existed.
Stumbled across it in an on-line forum where I read good reviews on. I quickly bought a copy and have been playing for a few weeks now.
First impressions were that it was going to be a rough ride because of all the required commands, especially coming off playing all the MOHs where you can get by with 2 mouse clicks and 3 buttons.

Rating: - Not as challenging, but still good fun
If you liked H&D 1, you will like this even better. The graphics are some what better than the earlier version. There are a lot more scenic missions to complete. However, the challenge is a little bit less compared to the previous version probably because the helping soldiers are a little smarter in this version. In harder levels, the challenge is more due to limited saving ability rather than gameplay. I didn't like that concept.

This is without doubt the best WWII game I have ever played on PC!! Far ahead of its time, the other WWII games of today, pale in comparison.

A mostly unknown gem kinda overshadowed by the M O H / call of duty series. You get a ton of gameplay outa this for cheep cashola... Graphics still purdy good. A must buy if you like ww2 shooters.
