"I very much see myself as the Wonder Woman 2000, the female Terminator," says World Wrestling Federation's muscle babe Chyna, rumored to bench press 315 pounds. Just in case you don't follow WWF, Chyna Fitness shows clips of Chyna slamming a brigade of tough guys to the mat. "Take the Chyna challenge," she says. "I'm gonna work every inch of your body."
The warm-up is basically a boxing warm-up--jabs, hooks, squats, and jump rope--with the camera shots whirling and switching for a dizzying effect. Then Chyna presents a 40-minute circuit-training program that you can do even if you're a mere mortal. Each of six rounds includes three minutes of strength training with weights (one set each of three different exercises), one minute of cardio (knee lifts, kicks, lunges), and one minute of stretching. "If you're a guy, wear your cup!" she warns, as she teaches her signature move: a lunge with a fist to the testicles of her opponent. (You watch several clips of this move in action while you practice it during a cardio segment.)
You'll need three sets of weights (light, medium, and heavy) and a weight bench. Chyna doesn't let you baby yourself. "Train to failure" is her motto, meaning that you choose the heaviest weights that you can handle in good form for each set. Speaking of form, don't expect brawny Chyna, clad in a variety of revealing outfits, to be shy about her attributes. "Look at these big guns," she says, referring to her biceps. "The guys are all jealous!" While she leans forward to work her rear deltoids, a revealing front view minimally covered by her halter top, she teases, "I know you're all looking at my big, round, voluptuous... deltoids!" If you don't mind her bragging, you can get a good, tough, no-nonsense workout. --Joan Price

Chyna's video has been my favorite since 2001. I have a lot of different videos, but I always go back to that one. I am a huge wrestling fan, so that's what made me buy it. The workout itself is wonderful, fan or not. It requires three different sets of weights and an exercise bench. I don't have a bench in my livingroom, so I use an exercise ball. It works just as well. Just make sure to position yourself correctly for the bench press, or you will roll onto your head!! Anyway, this video truly works ... Read More

I just received this video 2 days ago. I did the workout for the first time yesterday and was amazed at how easy it seemed. I thought that it wasnt going to do any good because it seemed so easy. When I woke up this morning I could barely move. Every muscle in my body aches, and that my friends means that this video did its job and more! This exercise is great for anyone! I can't say that this product helped me lose weight because ive only had it for 2 days and only done it 2 times. One of the things i noticed after the first exercise is that, even though i use 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for my light, medium, and heavy weights, by the next morning the top of my arms were burning like they never have before, and i noticed alot of burning in my thighs to. Chyna fitness is without a doubt one of the best exercise videos I have ever seen. After doing the exercise only 2 times, I can see and feel the results. The video is very easy to follow, as Chyna (Joanie) helps guide you throughout the entire routine. The only thing you need are 3 sets of weights (dumbells) heavy, medium, and light, a bench or chair, and a jump rope. All I can say about this workout is that I keep going back to it. If Chyna bothers you, turn down the sound a little. I wasn't surprised when I noticed that Michelle Dozois had a hand in it. I personally think she is one of the best trainers on video. Highly recommended!
