We've been using this fax machine for quite sometime now and have experienced no problems with it. The toner is quite inexpensive with it costing us about $28/toner. It's a very good standalone fax machine overall and would recommend this machine to any home/small business!

BOUGHT THIS MACHINE AROUND LAST JULY AND PUT IT AWAY FOR AN AXMAS GIFT AND HOOKED IT UP ON XMAS DAY IN ABOUT TEN MINUTES.BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE FROM THOSE RIBBON TYPE... THE FAXES AND COPIES ARE CRYSTAL CLEAR.
