I was also surprised to have discovered this CD. I am an avid Beatles' fan to say the least, so I am often weary of buying anything but, but when I first heard In My Life from this album I felt goosebumps all over.
The Beatles' ageless melodies are treated very creatively and respectfully here. Brilliant melodies that come strangely alive on this CD.

I bought this for my husband as a first Father's Day gift. We played it every night at bedtime for several months, and even now "Blackbird" is my 2-year old's favorite bedtime song.

THE BEATLES ARE TIMELESS AND THIS CD IS VERY SOOTHING AND EASY TO LISTEN TO. GOOD FOR CHILD IN THE WOMB AND AFTER THE CHILD IS BORN. PROVIDES PEACEFUL SOUNDS.

We love this CD. It was relaxing enough for nursing, and it had such a sense of familiarity for me. My son is 2 now, and we still play this at bedtime from time to time. More than that, though, I play it to destress after a long day at work. One of our best shower gifts for baby and mom!!!
