DAMN! I'm astounded that almost a quarter of a century has passed since the release of Rob Base and D.J. E-Z Rock's "It Takes Two."
It seems like yesterday that I was listening to "Get On the Dance Floor" on the radio, which introduced me to and subsequently got me hooked on the sound of Base and Rock. When I used to Break this was a high influence on what I would hit the ground for. Very energetic music that helps keep the spirit of HIP HOP alive. I could listen to this everyday and it still wouldn't get old.
