Although the movie did not do well, it was dispite the brilliant screenwriters, Scott Duncan and Ned Kerwin. Duncan and Kerwin are two of the best writers in Hollywood. Their wit and depth of understanding of human fraility needs to be exhanced by more qualified producers and directors. If Rob Reiner, Stephen Spielburg or Ron Howard collaberated with Duncan and Kerwin, the film would be a critical and financial hit.

MARIO LOPEZ has very little patience when it comes to his mom. Don't even think about kidnapping his mom. MARIO LOPEZ will not be easily tamed, let alone, easily swayed. UNSTOPPABLE is MARIO LOPEZ. MARIO LOPEZ will never be OUTTA TIME. MARIO LOPEZ will make ICE CREAM SANDWICHES out of his nemesis, LOGAN. MARIO LOPEZ, AKA--MR. LOTHARIO, has had it up to here. Eight inches. I have enjoyed Mario Lopez's past work, Breaking The Surface: The Greg Louganis Story (1996) and the USA cable network tv series "Pacific Blue", but this film Outta Time is really low-budget. I was surprised to see one of my favorite comedians Carlos Mencia and the notable actor John Saxon. The cardboard acting in this film is unforgivable.
