The Cisco ATA 186 Analog Telephone Adaptor is a handset-to-Ethernet adaptor that turns traditional telephone devices into IP devices. Rating: - Very good and reliable phone adapter.
Pros: It provides excellent connections between international offices. We are using the adapters for direct dial by IP address.
Cons: It takes some time to setup the adapter if you have not done it before. CISCO will not support end users directly.
It interoperates very well with Polycom IP 500CS.
