Rating: - Great value!
This dvd offers a choice of workouts and is quite challenging. I have chosen the am/pm for now and plan on starting this dvd when I have mastered the pm portion of the later. Both dvd's are a great value and offer excellent workouts. This one offers a little more for those already in shape or looking to enhance their physique and flexibility.
Rating: - INCLUDES One of the Best Chi Kung Programs Ever
The Chi Kung part of this video is amazing. Combined with just a little of the warmup exercises it has, in less than a week, corrected terrible slumping shoulders and totaly relaxed my hands which have had 43 years of work as an artist. I can't wait to give a copy of this DVD to my 82 year old mother, a devout swimmer. The exercises are explained audibly along with the motions, which makes it very easy to follow.
The only drawback is that there isn't more Chi Kung on the DVD or another DVD ... Read More
Rating: - Tai chi
I really liked this program. He gives a very good workout of stretches and basic moves before getting into the routine. By far the best Tai Chi program I've seen for beginners and for the slightly advanced too. I recommend.
Rating: - Tai Chi DVD
I bought this DVD at the advice of my Rheumatologist to try to add some low impact exercise to my routine while recouperating from Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. I have tried the beginners part and will continue to use to help strengthen my muscles and help with my balance. It is a good DVD. It is simple to understand and I like David Carradine.
Rating: - Alright DVD
David Carradine's AM and PM Tai Chi workout is much much better. He goes a little fast and doesn't tell you when they are changing positions. You have to do the moves and try to watch the screen at the same time. I was not very impressed with this at all.
