Editorial Review: Tiësto In Concert is truly a groundbreaking event in the history of dance music! For the first time on our planet, one DJ, Tiësto has filled a soccer stadium with 25,000 people for an 8 hour performance/set. The show featured guest singers, live bands and performers, plus stunning visual effects. Divided into 6 parts, this double DVD takes the viewer on a trip around the world, illustrated by the magnificent work of Amsterdam based VJ, Micha Klein. The set features recent massive dancefloor tracks, plus a ton of Tiësto classics and remixes, all woven together into one huge spectacle! Filmed in High Definition Television, Tiësto In Concert sets the new standard for electronic music DVD's. With a main feature of more than 3 performance hours, the disc also offers special "Matrix-style" shots, as well as alternative angles, allowing fans to look directly at the turntables and mixer.

Rating: - Good concert
If you like Tiesto and electronic music in general you got to have this DVD. That event was great, the music, artists invited (Andain, Jan Johnston, dancers, etc) no doubt about that...
BUT the DVD production (sound, video, features, etc) and overall presentation is not that good, maybe poor will be the right definition but you'll probably won't notice that if you use it for the proper purpose... PARTY!
Rating: - Not a truly "live" dvd
This DVD although it was good to listen too, it felt more like a cd and less like a live dvd. They don't really capture the audiences presence well.
Rating: - Tiesto in Concert
It's no wonder why this was the first concert in which attended over 25000 people. The "living" proof is this DVD. It's amazing watching over and over and over again how Tiesto is a bystander to his own concert, how he enjoys the show as much as his fans.
Although watching a DJ set/concert is not as fun as attending it, I couldn;t be at the TIC 2003 so I bought this DVD and watched it from the beginning to the end. I recommend it to you all.
Rating: - Worth it for the Kane performance alone
Who needs drugs when you've got music. I think people really love to focus on this person or that person, production quality blah blah. But to put it simply; One of the most amazing music moments CAPTURED in this video, WITH CROWD SHOTS. I wasn't there, but I can almost put myself there every time, and feel the pure bliss. The Kane (Rain Down on Me) performance was simply breathtaking. Dinand really knew how to capitalize the moment with a blood pumping track, and gave Tiesto a great tribute ... Read More
Rating: - Can't believe it
It got harder and harder to watch this meglo-ego-manic. I bought this because people were giving it 5 stars and I was hoping to get something as entertaining as Paul Van Dyk's DVD. He showed an eclectic collage of scenes and people at the different concerts he played. I would go to these concerts to be with likewise people, but to watch Tiesto grinning at himself in the camera while he made believe he was mixing on the spot was as real as wrestling. The constant angle switching and only seeing ... Read More
