The unit arrived with everything needed for installation, including thermal paste and excellent instructions. There were three options for the install: full fan speed, controlled speed via either a front panel or rear knob, or auto speed. I chose the full fan speed, as I did not have an empty slot on the front, and did not want to bother getting to the back of the computer if I wanted to change the fan speed. Installation was easy. For a CPU air cooler the Thermaltake must be ranked amongst the very best of the best. It's a little loud, but if your processor is running hot (for whatever reason) then the Thermaltake will definitely cool it down better than virtually any other CPU air cooler available, and at an extremely affordable price.

The product and shipping were top notch however, I wish it would have had a better description and/or information with it as it is the wrong socket type ( after much research when it would not fit ) for my computer and by the time I pay return shipping it cost me more than it would have if I had gotten it locally.
