I have this computer down at school, and it has been a very good investment. At its small price, you really cant ask for a better deal. Its battery is amazing, and the performance is second to none.

How is it that HP and Compaq can be the same company. Here we have and example of what a value computer should be. Solid construction, decent case, good components and a great price. It would be hard to do better.

I just got this comp from Amazon and so far I like it. However, there are a few things I found out after it arrived that I didn't expect. For one, Amazon says it has 7 USB 2.0 ports, while HP (according to their website) says it has 6. Apparently, neither can count beyond a 1st grade level because my machine has 5 (1 in the front and 4 in the back). Ok, maybe that was a bit harsh, but the point is I paid a pretty penny for this unit and I expect it to come as advertised. More to the point, Amazon ... Read More
