If you're expecting a magazine, forget it! This is a six page newspaper that never comes on time and isn't worth the paper it's written on. 35 dollars! What a rip off! Shame on you!

Beyond Change is an excellent source of information for persons suffering from obesity and for those that are considering obesity surgery. Experienced professionals write the articles. It's filled with factual information related to surgery options (what to expect, after care, support groups etc.), as well as nutrition & exercise information and featured success stories.

I have received a subscription of Beyond Change through my surgeon's office. I believe this to be a very high quality newspaper regarding obesity and obesity surgery. It is not only educational but is easily read by those of us who have no medical background. The articles on research are amazing and the Great Escape articles are very helpful and encouraging. I would highly recommend this paper to anyone who has had or planning to have weight loss surgery.

For anyone suffering from the disease of obesity or morbid obesity and if you have had weight loss surgery or even thinking of having this surgery, this publication is a MUST. Each month it is jammed with outstanding articles and features. This is by far the BEST publication out there on this subject.
