It works its wonders using artificial intelligence to govern 3 key functions: the fan operates at full speed (2,800 rpm) when you connect its jumper; you can set the fan speed to vary according to the temperature detected by a built-in sensor; and you can adjust fan speed manually.
The fan, which uses a 3-pin connector, gives you temperature control from 20 to 55 degrees C (68 to 131 degrees F) while producing airflow from 38.6 to 93.7 CFM. Its noise ranges from 17 dBA (at 1,300 rpm) to 46.5 dBA (at 2,800 rpm) and its rated power and current are 5.76 watts/0.48 Amps (maximum).

Works like it's supposed to. Only drawback is the fan wires could have been a little longer.

It looks like somehow the description for a power supply was erroneously listed here (probably by the one vendor selling a much higher priced item than everyone else). Here's a description of this fan (just info I picked up while shopping for it).
Fan speed may be set 3 different ways:
1. Full Speed - when jumper on
2. Temperature Control - fan speed varies according to the temperature detected by the sensor
